Lost in paradise

That smell of heritage hotels still pertains in my nostrils!
Breathe in a long void of fresh air, so beautiful. The water has a different colour, the same water sold in the market for hundreds and thousands of bucks!Open up the wooden windows or the doors to the balcony and tune in to a melody that channelizes and stimulates every part of your body. Tranquillity and peace are up in the air. The aura so beautiful! The ferns, the trees, the conifers all lofty and the chambers of furnaces that change the set of mood! These mountains are full of people of different breeds and creeds.
Some come up here to be ascetics. Some come for peace.
The mountain also has a set of people who work hard…Very hard to earn their living in this part of the world. They are beautiful at heart. Fervent and agile.
The tantras and mantras floating up in the air. Monks singing prayers.
A singular tone of Om afloat in the air.
It reaches to the body. And as it does, slows down the consciousness, and silence! All you hear at those monasteries and temples are the camera clicking sounds made by hundreds of paparazzos capturing this whole scent . Eager to get a ‘perfect shot’ of the magnificent buddhist architecture. You won’t stop taking photos if you are a freak! It’s an experience one must feel. An experience of a lifetime!Drive up to the steepy roads   and you’ll find millions of stories brewing up there. Hotels, cars, malls, cinema. There’s everything’s but silence! And that makes you want to stay there, in that moment for countless time. Until it’s curtailed by your expenses, which might run high!
There are all wonders to explore. A culture, so rich, it makes you fall in love with it. And the people love to be a part of such a vivid lifestyle. Its like a ritual that these people have been following since ages. They are modern but the foreign culture still has not changed much for them. They eat the same. They wear the same. They speak the same. The way they celebrated their festivals. Danced in religious ceremonies. The superstitions, believes, nothing has changed.
And that’s a good thing. They are still not spoiled by the air from the west.
That’s the reason why the mountains still look so beautiful! The problem arises, when you are struck at a place, trying to ask these people for help and no one can even figure out what you’re trying to speak. You are expected to be caught up in such a situation anytime! The roads sometimes don’t lead to where they should.
Sometimes, because of frequent landslides and also if you are’nt accompanied by a guide!
They are indians. Pure at blood.  Humans with a high spirit and sense to live their lives long.
They are their own kings and queens but if you meet them, they open up to you just like brothers. Their hospitality is so amazing, They never let you feel like you don’t belong there. And if one is lost, seeking for inner peace. Then this place is a paradise.Osho once said “you don’t need drugs if you meditate”.
And there’s plenty of space for that here.
Sit on the lap of the mountains. With your body straight. Fingers curled placed at your thighs and tune in!
And as you enter these ranges, you’ll find sign boards placed high reading
Welcome to the seven sisters
